According to the State Statistical Office preliminary data, the turnover index in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles in December 2011, in comparison with December 2010, was 112.9.
In December 2011, in comparison with December 2010, the turnover by divisions decreased in the division Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles by 4.8%, while in the division Wholesale trade it increased by 11.8%. In the same period, the turnover in Retail trade increased by 16.4%.
