Turnover indices in the Trade Sector, April 2011

According to the State Statistical Offce preliminary data, the turnover index in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles in April 2011, in comparison with April 2010, was 109.7.

In April 2011, in comparison with April 2010, the turnover by divisions decreased in the division Wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles by 0.6%, while in the division Wholesale trade it increased by 14.9%. In the same period, the turnover in Retail trade increased by 7.1%.
