According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in October 2019, in comparison with October 2018, the turnover in retail trade increased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (by 7.4% in nominal terms and 5.9% in real terms), Retail sale of non-food products, except fuel (by 20.3% in nominal terms and 20.5% in real terms) and Retail trade, except automotive fuel (by 14.2% in nominal terms and 13.5% in real terms).
The turnover decreased in the group/class Retail trade of automotive fuel (by 12.4% in nominal terms and 3.6% in real terms).
