Turnover indices in the Trade Sector, July 2018

According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in July 2018, in comparison with July 2017, the turnover in retail
trade increased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (by 13.4% in nominal terms and 10.6% in
real terms), Retail sale of non-food products (except fuel), (by 7.4% in nominal terms and 5.2% in real terms) and Retail trade, except
automotive fuel (by 10.3% in nominal terms and 7.9% in real terms).
In the group/class Retail trade of automotive fuel the turnover grew by 16.2% in nominal terms, but fell by 4.7% in real terms.
