According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in April 2018, in comparison with April 2017, the turnover in retail trade increased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (by 11.0% in nominal terms and 7.5% in real terms), Retail sale of non-food products, except fuel (by 14.5% in nominal terms and 11.8% in real terms) and Retail trade, except automotive fuel (by 12.8% in nominal terms and 10.3% in real terms).
In the group/class Retail trade of automotive fuel the turnover grew by 3.2% in nominal terms, but fell by 1.4% in real terms.
