According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in March 2023, in comparison with March 2022, the turnover in retail trade increased in nominal and real terms in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (by 21.9% in nominal terms and by 4.1% in real terms), Retail trade, except automotive fuel (by 30.8% in nominal terms and by 16.0% in real terms) and in Retail sale of non-food products (except fuel) (by 39.0% in nominal terms and by 28.4% in real terms), while the turnover decreased only in the group/class Retail trade of automotive fuel (by 10.6% in nominal terms and by 8.6% in real terms).
