According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in August 2022, in comparison with August 2021, the turnover in retail trade increased in the following group/class: Retail trade of automotive fuel (by 63.0% in nominal terms and 22.3% in real terms), while in the groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco the turnover grew by 15.1% in nominal terms, but fell by 4.4% in real terms, Retail trade, except automotive fuel the turnover grew by 9.6% in nominal terms, but fell by 3.0% in real terms and Retail sale of non-food products the turnover grew by 4.3% in nominal terms, but fell by 1.5% in real terms.
