According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in April 2022, in comparison with April 2021, the turnover in retail trade increased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of non-food products (except fuel) (by 9.9% in nominal terms and 5.5% in real terms) and Retail trade of automotive fuel (by 91.4% in nominal terms and 48.4% in real terms), while in the groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco the turnover grew by 3.0% in nominal terms, but fell by 8.7% in real terms and Retail trade, except automotive fuel the turnover grew by 6.4% in nominal terms, but fell by 1.9% in real terms.
