According to the preliminary data of the State Statistical Office, in December 2020, in comparison with December 2019, the turnover in retail trade decreased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (by 6.6%, in nominal terms and 10.0% in real terms), Retail sale of non-food products (except fuel), (by 15.8% in nominal terms and 16.0% in real terms), Retail trade, except automotive fuel (by 11.5% in nominal terms and 13.2% in real terms) and Retail trade of automotive fuel (by 25.8% in nominal terms and 16.2% in real terms).
