According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2011, in comparison with September 2010, was 123.2.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in September 2011, in comparison with September 2010, increased by 7.5%, and the index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 35.0%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in September 2011, in comparison with September 2010, decreased by 3.1%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 24.7%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in September 2011, in comparison with September 2010, was higher in Energy by 19.1%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 5.7%, Capital goods industries by 186.5%, Durable consumer goods industries by 66.5% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 12.7%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2011, in comparison with August 2011, was 114.0, while in the period January-September 2011, in comparison with January-September 2010, the turnover index in industry was 125.1.
