In the second quarter of 2018, in comparison with the first quarter of 2018, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 3.1%, the material costs increased by 1.7%, and the labour costs increased by 7.0%.
In the second quarter of 2018, compared to the second quarter of 2017, the construction costs for new residential buildings increased by 6.4%, the material costs increased by 4.9% and the labour costs increased by 10.6%.
