Census of Catering Capacities in the Republic of Macedonia,
2008
In the publication Census of catering capacity in the Republic of the Macedonia 2008, is presented a part of tables in which are processed the data from the Census of the catering capacity. The Census is carried out in accordance with the Programme for statistical researches for the period 2008-2012.
The Census of catering capacity is carried out during the period from 1 to 15 November 2008 on the whole territory of the Republic of Macedonia, with critical moment of September 30, 2008.
The aim of the Census was to obtain a complete data about the number and territorial diffuse of the catering objects, type, category, size of the turnover, size of space and number of employees in catering objects on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
Census of catering capacity is harmonized with the regulative of Eurostat, regarding the content and features.
The data in this publication are presented on the level of the Republic of Macedonia and on the level of municipalities. More detailed data, the users can obtain from other publications or in form of documented tables in the State Statistical Office.
