Enrolled students on postgraduate studies,
2010/2011
In this publication, the State Statistical Office publishes data on persons enrolled in postgraduate
master and specialist studies in 2010/2011, at the tertiary education institutions and the public scientific
institutions.
According to the methodology of the surveys, here are covered persons whose applications for
postgraduate studies were accepted by the tertiary institutions and public scientific institutions.
The publication consists of two parts: the first one concerning persons enrolled in master studies, the
second one concerning persons enrolled in specialist studies.
In order to comply with the Bologna programme, there was no enrolment in doctoral studies in 2010.
The statistical data in this publication are presented by several topics: type and location of the faculties,
age, sex, ethnic affiliation, scientific field of the thesis, etc.
