In this Statistical Review, the State Statistical Office is publishing data from the area of publishing activity in the Republic of Macedonia in 2008.
The data are collected through the regular statistical surveys for publiched books and brochures, newspapers and magazines.
This Review contains the basic informations about the publishing activity (number of titles and circulation, language of publishing and of original, subject area, frequency of issue for periodical publications, purpose, type of the publisher, etc.).
The data are presented on the country level and they are gathered by the regular questionnaires from publishers.
