The information about economic active population, employment and unemployment are the basic statistical data
indispensable to follow the changes on the labour market.
The State Statistical Office has conducted activities in building the information system about the labour market as a prerequisite for his systematic analysis and evaluation.
In that direction is also the Labour Force Survey, which was conducted beginning of 1996.
This publication contains the final results from the Labour Force Survey, with special attention to the Life Long Learning results, and the serial of the most frequently requested Labour Force Survey data.
The contents of the publication are presented in three parts. The first part consists the conceptual and methodological basis and the Labour Force Survey results for 2008, the second part, methodological basis and the Life Long Learning results, 2008 and the third part, serial of the Labour Force
Survey data for the period 2004-2008.
The target is by using methodological explanations for some terms and characteristics, for sources of data and the scope of the researching, to enable easier use of this publication.
