Social welfare for children, juveniles and adults, 2014-2015

 


The Statistical Review No. 2.4.15.17/831 for 2014-2015 is a continuation of the data series presented in the Statistical Review No. 2.4.14.15/797 for the period 2013-2014.

The Statistical Review contains data on rights of social welfare for juvenile and adult recipients in 2014; data on institutions for children lacking parental care; institutions for care of persons with disabilities; reception centres and institutions for children and juveniles with educational and social difficulties; institutions for adults; trade companies for employment of disabled persons; and data on intermunicipal centres for social work.

This Review also presents data on homes and boarding schools for pupils and students in 2014/2015, data on children's allowances in 2014, as well as data on parental allowances for children for 2014.

The State Statistical Office makes efforts, by extending the content of the forms, to enable the collection of as much data as possible, necessary for the country and the international institutions, as well as to ensure greater data comparability at the international level.

We expect that this publication will fulfil its main purpose of providing users with basic data on institutions for social protection of children, juveniles and adults and data on homes for pupils and students.

All comments and suggestions will be highly appreciated.
