Completed construction works and completed dwellings in housing units built by private owners
Data are taken from the Monthly Report for Issued buidling Permits, where the investors are private persons.
Definitions
The value of completed construction works presents a value of really completed construction works during the reporting year. The value of completed construction work should cover all handcraft and installation works and services completed during the year.
Dwelling is constructive-connected structure intended for habitation which consists of one or more rooms and related auxiliaries (kitchen, store, lobby, bathroom, toilet and similar) or without auxiliaries and it has one or more separated entrances.
Completed dwelling is the one with all provided completed construction works, craft and installation works, regardless if the building where this dwelling is located is connected on public utilities or not.
Useful floor area of the dwelling is actually the useful surface area which is calculated according to the international standards and it covers the surface floor area of all rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, lobbies and other auxiliaries in the dwelling and the surface of open areas in the dwelling, reduced for appropriate coefficient.
