Total value of completed construction works by business entities performing construction activities, 2010

According to the data of the State Statistical Offce, in 2010, the business entities performing construction activities completed construction works in the amount of 12 750 651 thousand denars.

Of that amount, 4 183 738 thousand denars were for constructions in private ownership.

During 2010, building activities were performed on 1 497 structures, and 871 dwellings were completed, with total useful foor area of 55 944 m², of which 617 are in private ownership.

The average useful foor area of the completed dwellings is 64.2 m².

By regions, most of the construction activities were performed in the Skopje region, followed by Pelagonia, East, etc.
