According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in 2015, the business entities engaged in construction activities completed construction works in the amount of 32 042 108 thousand denars.
Of that amount, 8 687 206 thousand denars were for constructions in private ownership.
During 2015, building activities were performed on 2 724 structures, and a total of 2 824 dwellings were completed, with total useful floor area of 169 087 m2, of which 2 653 are in private ownership.
The average useful floor area of the completed dwellings is 59.9 m2.By regions, most construction activities were performed in the Skopje Region, followed by South-West, North-East, etc.
