Completed construction works and completed dwellings in housing units built by construction business entities, 2013

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in 2013, the business entities engaged in construction activities completed construction works in the amount of 25 698 606 thousand denars.
Of that amount, 7 871 372 thousand denars were for constructions in private ownership.
During 2013, building activities were performed on 2 176 structures, and a total of 2 339 dwellings were completed, with total useful floor area of 157 338 m², of which 2 170 are in private ownership.
The average useful floor area of the completed dwellings is 67.3 m².
By regions, most construction activities were performed in the Skopje Region, followed by Pelagonia, Vardar, etc.
