According to the State Statistical Office data, the total commercial timber production in state-owned forests in the third quarter of 2021, compared to the third quarter of 2020, decreased by 7.4%.
An increase was observed in the production of logs of coniferous and broad-leaved species, mining wood of coniferous and broadleaved species, other roundwood of coniferous species and fuel wood of coniferous species.
There was a decrease in the production of other roundwood of broad-leaved species, stack wood of coniferous species and fuel wood of broad-leaved species.
In the same period, sales of forest products amounted to 187 784 m3 and decreased by 11.7%.
