Price index in agriculture, May 2011

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the price index in agriculture in May 2011 increased by 15.7% in the group Input, while in the group Output it increased by 23.5% in comparison with May of the previous year.

In May 2011, compared with May 2010, the price index for Input 1 (goods currently consumed in agriculture) was 116.0, and the price index for Input 2 (investment in agriculture) was 101.1.

In May 2011, compared with May 2010, the price index of Crop production was 127.3 and the price index of Livestock production was 109.0.
