According to the data of the State Statistical Office, gross value added in agriculture for 2014 was 50 610
million denars and in comparison with 2013 it increased by 1.9%. An increase was also recorded in the
output of the agricultural 'industry' by 1.2% compared with 2013.
Crop production, having a 69.5% share in the total production, increased by 1.8% compared with 2013.
Livestock production, accounting for 21.4% of the total production, decreased by 0.5% compared with
2013.
Intermediate consumption recorded a 0.2% increase in 2014 compared with 2013.
In 2014, nominal and real income in agriculture from production factors per labour unit registered a
decrease of 3.1% in nominal income and 0.1% in real income from production factors.
