Turnover indices in industry, December 2012

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in December 2012, in
comparison with December 2011, was 77.9.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in December 2012, in comparison with December 2011, decreased by 27.7%, and the
index of non-domestic turnover in industry decreased by 17.6%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in December 2012, in comparison with December 2011,
increased by 3.1%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it decreased by 23.1%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in December 2012, in comparison with December 2011, was lower in Energy
by 58.1%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 20.5%, Capital goods industries by 13.2%, Durable consumer goods
industries by 44.8% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 3.4%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in December 2012, in comparison with November 2012, was
99.1, while in the period January-December 2012, in comparison with January-December 2011, the turnover index in industry
was 83.2.
