According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in October 2012, in comparison with October 2011, was 79.1.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in October 2012, in comparison with October 2011, decreased by 25.8%, and the index of non-domestic turnover in industry decreased by 17.5%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in October 2012, in comparison with October 2011, increased by 50.9%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it decreased by 24.3%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in October 2012, in comparison with October 2011, was lower in Energy by 98.1%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 3.4%, Capital goods industries by 4.2%, Durable consumer goods industries by 19.6% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 1.9%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in October 2012, in comparison with September 2012, was 105.4, while in the period January-October 2012, in comparison with January-October 2011, the turnover index in industry was 85.4.
