Turnover indices in industry, September 2012

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2012, in
comparison with September 2011, was 67.8.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in September 2012, in comparison with September 2011, decreased by 28.3%, and
the index of non-domestic turnover in industry decreased by 34.5%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in September 2012, in comparison with September 2011,
decreased by 16.4%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it decreased by 32.9%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in September 2012, in comparison with September 2011, was lower in Energy
by 99.5%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 17.7%, Capital goods industries by 17.6%, Durable consumer goods
industries by 18.8% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 20.9%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2012, in comparison with August 2012, was 98.0,
while in the period January-September 2012, in comparison with January-September 2011, the turnover index in industry was
86.2.
