Turnover indices in industry, August 2018

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry, total, in August 2018, in comparison with August 2017,
was 110.1.
The total turnover by Main Industrial Groupings in August 2018, in comparison with August 2017, was higher in Intermediate goods,
except energy by 7.8%, Capital goods by 23.6% and Durable consumer goods by 21.8%, but lower in Non-durable consumer goods by 2.3%.
The turnover index in industry, total, in August 2018, in comparison with July 2018, was 97.1, while in the period January - August 2018, in comparison with January - August 2017, the turnover index in industry, total, was 112.1.
According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry on domestic market, in August 2018, in comparison with
August 2017, was 101.6.
The turnover in industry on domestic market, by Main Industrial Groupings in August 2018, in comparison with August 2017, was higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 0.7%, Durable consumer goods by 18.8% and Non-durable consumer goods by 1.9%, but lower in Capital goods by 10.4%.
The turnover index in industry on domestic market, in August 2018, in comparison with July 2018, was 100.2, while in the period January - August 2018, in comparison with January - August 2017, the turnover index in industry on domestic market was 101.2.
According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry on non-domestic market, in August 2018, in comparison
with August 2017, was 112.1.
The turnover in industry on non-domestic market, by Main Industrial Groupings in August 2018, in comparison with August 2017, was higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 8.4%, Capital goods by 24.2% and Durable consumer goods by 24.1%, but lower in Non-durable consumer goods by 8.2%.
The turnover index in industry on non-domestic market, in August 2018, in comparison with July 2018, was 96.3, while in the period
January - August 2018, in comparison with January - August 2017, the turnover index in industry on non-domestic market was 115.0.
