Turnover indices in industry, June 2017

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in June 2017, in
comparison with June 2016, was 109.3.
The domestic turnover in industry in June 2017, in comparison with June 2016, decreased by 4.6%, whereas the non-domestic
turnover in industry increased by 13.0%.
The turnover in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in June 2017, in comparison with June 2016, increased by 1.2%,
while in the section Manufacturing it increased by 9.6%.
The turnover by Main Industrial Groupings in June 2017, in comparison with June 2016, was higher in Intermediate goods,
except energy by 12.8%, Capital goods by 9.3% and Non-durable consumer goods by 5.7%, but lower in Durable consumer
goods by 7.2%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in June 2017, in comparison with May 2017, was 97.3, while in the
period January-June 2017, in comparison with January-June 2016, the turnover index in industry was 109.1.
