According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2016, in
comparison with March 2015, was 106.5.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, decreased by 1.0%, whereas the
index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 8.6%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, decreased
by 9.2%, while in the section Manufacturing it increased by 7.2%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in March 2016, in comparison with March 2015, was higher in Intermediate
goods, except energy by 4.1%, Capital goods by 19.9% and Durable consumer goods by 11.9%, but lower in Energy by 7.5% and
Non-durable consumer goods by 7.3%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2016, in comparison with February 2016, was 108.1, while
in the period January-March 2016, in comparison with January-March 2015, the turnover index in industry was 109.3.
