Turnover indices in industry, August 2015

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in August 2015, in
comparison with August 2014, was 108.9.
Domestic turnover in industry in August 2015, in comparison with August 2014, decreased by 0.4%, while non-domestic turnover
in industry increased by 12.1%.
The turnover in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in August 2015, in comparison with August 2014, increased by
18.9%, and in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 8.5%.
The turnover by Main Industrial Groupings in August 2015, in comparison with August 2014, was higher in Energy by 0.5%,
Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 7.2%, Capital goods industries by 12.8%, Durable consumer goods industries
by 12.1% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 6.6%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in August 2015, in comparison with July 2015, was 95.0, while in the
period January-August 2015, in comparison with January-August 2014, the turnover index in industry was 108.4.
