Turnover indices in industry, March 2014

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2014, in
comparison with March 2013, was 113.8.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in March 2014, in comparison with March 2013, decreased by 16.7%, whereas the
index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 27.7%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in March 2014, in comparison with March 2013, increased by
0.6%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 14.4%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in March 2014, in comparison with March 2013, was higher in Intermediate
goods industries, except energy by 11.4% and Capital goods industries by 57.2%, but lower in Energy by 94.3%, Durable
consumer goods industries by 12.0% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 2.2%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in March 2014, in comparison with February 2014, was 114.5, while
in the period January-March 2014, in comparison with January-March 2013, the turnover index in industry was 111.4.
