According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in January
2014, in comparison with January 2013, was 108.0.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in January 2014, in comparison with January 2013, decreased by 19.2%,
while the index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 18.3%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in January 2014, in comparison with January
2013, decreased by 13.6%, whereas in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 9.4%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in January 2014, in comparison with January 2013, was higher in
Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 6.7%, Capital goods industries by 61.4% and Durable consumer
goods industries by 19.8%, but lower in Energy by 97.8% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 3.9%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in January 2014, in comparison with December 2013,
was 105.1.
