Turnover indices in industry, October 2013

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, was 110.2.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, decreased by 13.7%, while the index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 22.4%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, decreased by 21.5%, whereas in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 12.9%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, was higher in Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 4.3%, Capital goods industries by 39.5% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 4.2%, but lower in Energy by 70.7% and Durable consumer goods industries by 31.5%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in October 2013, in comparison with September 2013, was 108.0, while in the period January-October 2013, in comparison with January-October 2012, the turnover index in industry was 106.8.
