According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2013, in comparison with September 2012, was 111.3.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in September 2013, in comparison with September 2012, decreased by 11.3%, while the index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 24.1%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in September 2013, in comparison with September 2012, increased by 20.0%, and in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 10.9%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in September 2013, in comparison with September 2012, was higher in Energy by 209.4%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 2.1%, Capital goods industries by 56.9%, and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 1.3%, but lower in Durable consumer goods industries by 14.1%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in September 2013, in comparison with August 2013, was 107.7, while in the period January-September 2013, in comparison with January-September 2012, the turnover index in industry was 106.4.
