Turnover indices in industry, February 2013

According to the State Statistical Office data, the turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in February 2013, in
comparison with February 2012, was 105.5.
The index of domestic turnover in industry in February 2013, in comparison with February 2012, increased by 7.8%, and the
index of non-domestic turnover in industry increased by 4.3%.
The turnover index in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in February 2013, in comparison with February 2012,
increased by 14.0%, while in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 5.1%.
The turnover index by Main Industrial Groupings in February 2013, in comparison with February 2012, was higher in Intermediate
goods industries, except energy by 20.5% and Capital goods industries by 11.6%, but lower in Energy by 26.4%, Durable
consumer goods industries by 14.6% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 1.9%.
The turnover index in industry in the Republic of Macedonia in February 2013, in comparison with January 2013, was 96.1, while
in the period January-February 2013, in comparison with January-February 2012, the turnover index in industry was 104.0.
