Industrial production volume index, June 2012

According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in the Republic of Macedonia in June 2012,
in comparison with June 2011, was 95.9.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in June 2012, in comparison with June 2011, increased by 6.4%, in
the section Manufacturing industry it decreased by 6.3%, while in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply
it increased by 12.7%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in June 2012, in comparison with June 2011, was lower in Capital goods
industries by 18.9%, Durable consumer goods industries by 47.7% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 5.8%, but
higher in Energy by 5.7% and Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 5.4%.
The industrial production index in the Republic of Macedonia in the period January-June 2012, in comparison with January-June
2011, was 93.1.
