Industrial production volume index, February 2012

According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in the Republic of Macedonia in February 2012, in comparison with February 2011, was 91.2.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in February 2012, in comparison with February 2011, decreased by 15.7%, in the section Manufacturing industry it decreased by 8.5%, and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it decreased by 7.9%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in February 2012, in comparison with February 2011, was lower in Energy by 14.6%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 9.3%, Capital goods industries by 18.2%, Durable consumer goods industries by 19.8% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 1.5%.
