According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in July 2019, in comparison with July 2018, was 105.8.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in July 2019, in comparison with July 2018, increased by 15.7%, in the section Manufacturing it remained at the same level, while in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it increased by 51.8%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in July 2019, in comparison with July 2018, was higher in Energy by 53.9%, Capital goods by 12.5% and Durable consumer goods by 16.9%, but lower in Intermediate goods, except energy by 3.7% and Nondurable consumer goods by 5.2%.
The industrial production index in the period January - July 2019, in comparison with January - July 2018, was 104.9.
