According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in December 2015, in comparison with
December 2014, was 110.5.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in December 2015, in comparison with December 2014, increased
by 4.9%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 11.7% and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply it increased by 12.1%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in December 2015, in comparison with December 2014, was higher in
Energy by 19.7%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 6.7%, Capital goods industries by 16.3%, Durable consumer
goods industries by 1.5% and Non-Durable consumer goods industries by 10.7%.
The industrial production index in the period January-December 2015, in comparison with January-December 2014, was 104.9.
