According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in September 2015, in comparison with
September 2014, was 108.6.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in September 2015, in comparison with September 2014,
decreased by 3.7%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 11.2%, while in the section Electricity, gas, steam and
air conditioning supply it decreased by 14.8%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in September 2015, in comparison with September 2014, was higher in
Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 8.5%, Capital goods industries by 24.4%, and Non-durable consumer goods
industries by 6.4%, but lower in Energy by 6.9% and Durable consumer goods industries by 5.8%.
The industrial production index in the period January - September 2015, in comparison with January - September 2014, was
102.5.
