According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in August 2015, in comparison with August
2014 was 112.7.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in August 2015, in comparison with August 2014, increased by
18.2%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 8.4% and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply it increased by 45.0%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in August 2015, in comparison with August 2014, was higher in Energy
by 39.0%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 3.1%, Capital goods industries by 14.6%, Durable consumer goods
industries by 10.1% and Non-Durable consumer goods industries by 12.6%.
The industrial production index in the period January - August 2015, in comparison with January - August 2014, was 101.7.
