According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in March 2015, in comparison with March 2014 was 100.6. The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in March 2015, in comparison with March 2014, decreased by 7.4%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 1.0% and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it increased by 15.1%. The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in March 2015, in comparison with March 2014, was higher in Energy by 6.3%, Capital good industries by 26.9% and Durable consumer goods industries by 31.1% %, but was lower in Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 2.4% and Non-Durable consumer goods industries by 4.5%. The industrial production index in the period January - March 2015, in comparison with January - March 2014, was 101.5.
