Industrial production volume index, October 2013

According to the State Statistical Office data, the industrial production volume index in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, was 106.9.
The industrial production in the section Mining and quarrying in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, increased by 9.7%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 7.4%, and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it decreased by 0.8%.
The industrial production by Main Industrial Groupings in October 2013, in comparison with October 2012, was higher in Energy by 1.1%, Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 6.3%, Capital goods industries by 15.2%, Durable consumer goods industries by 36.3% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 5.9%.
The industrial production index in the period January - October 2013, in comparison with January - October 2012, was 102.6.
