WORK EXPERIENCE: 

• 1996-1997 - Participant in the establishment of the first independent Albanian-language daily newspaper "FAKTI" Skopje - journalist in the section on domestic politics and political life in Macedonia
• 1997 - Participant in a project for interns in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia supported and implemented by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Macedonia
•  1998-1999 - Counselor to the Mayor of the Municipality of Studenicani for legal and political issues
• 1999-2002 - Secretary of the Council of the Municipality of Studenicani
• 2002-2003 - Head of Sector in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, responsible for protection of children's rights
• 2003-2007 - Head of the Sector for Prevention of Corruption - State Commission for Prevention of Corruption
• 2007-2010 - Member of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (According to the legal provisions of the time, the members were not professionally engaged / employed in the Commission. In addition to the responsibilities of their jobs, they also performed the work аs a member of the Commission)
• 2008-2011- Defense Reform Counselor at the Ministry of Defense
• 2010-2011 - President of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption
• 2011-2013 - State Adviser for Human Resources in the Ministry of Defense
