Survey for taxi transport of passenger  30.06.201044 million passengers in the Republic of Macedonia used taxi transport in 2009 According to the data of the State Statistical Office, with the survey, data from 148 reporting units were received, referring to 2 497 passenger cars. In 2009, a total of 43.685.000 passengers were transported and 119.398.000 kilometres were travelled with 2 497 passenger cars. On average, during 2009, each taxi vehicle travelled 47.816 kilometres and one passenger was transported, on average, over a distance of 2,7 km.
