Completed construction work and completed dwellings built by private owners  25.06.2010The total value of completed construction works on objects built by private owners in 2009 was 11 806 332 thousand denars According to the data from the State Statistical Office, in 2009 private owners performed construction works in the amount of 11 806 332 thousand denars. During 2009, building activities were performed on 4 899 objects, and a total of 4 108 dwellings were completed, with total useful floor area of 364 888 m2, of which 53 are dwellings in weekend houses with total useful floor area of 4 272 m2. The average useful floor area of the completed dwellings is 88.8 m2. By regions, most of the construction activities were performed in the Polog Region, followed by Skopje, South-West etc.
