From that amount 3 968 303 thousand denars are for objects in private ownership. During 2008 building activities were performed on 1 082 objects, and completed are 1 044 dwellings, with total useful floor area of 62 352 m2, from which 820 are in private ownership. The average useful floor area of the completed dwellings is 59.7 m2.
