Completed construction work and completed dwellings in buildings built by construction business entities  25.06.2010The total value of completed construction works by business entities performing construction activities in 2009 was 11 136 152 thousand denars According to the data from the State Statistical Office, in 2009 the business entities performing construction activities completed construction works in the amount of 11 136 152 thousand denars. Of that amount 3 379 917 thousand denars were for objects in private ownership. During 2009, building activities were performed on 1 038 objects, and 602 dwellings were completed, with total useful floor area of 40 003 m2, of which 445 are in private ownership. The average useful floor area of the completed dwellings is 66.5 m2. By regions, most of the construction activities were performed in the Skopje region, followed by East, Vardar etc.
