Gross domestic product
Gross domestic product (quartarly)  25.06.2010Gross Domestic Product, first quarter of 2010 According to the estimated data, the growth rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the first quarter of 2010 was -0.9%. The value of Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 2.4% in nominal terms in the first quarter of 2010, compared to the same period of 2009, and its share in the GDP structure was 79.7%. In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 15.2% in nominal terms. In this quarter, an increase was registered in the following sectors: A and B - Agriculture, hunting, forestry and Fishing; L, M and N - Public administration and defence, compulsory social security, Education, Health and social work; J, K and O - Financial intermediation, Real estate, renting and business activities, Other community, social and personal service activities and Imputed rents, and the biggest increase was registered in the sector F - Construction 7.7%. Quarterly data for 2007 and 2008 were revised due to the revised data at annual level, as a result of the allocation of a part of financial intermediation services indirectly measured, in intermediate consumption and a part in Household final consumption.
