In 2008, compared with 2007, the number of convicted adults perpetrators decreased by 1.4%, and the number of accused adult perpetrators decreased by 2.9%. The number of reported juveniles-perpetrators of criminal offence in 2008 was 1 355, and compared with the 2007 increased by 10.2%. In 2008, compared with 2007, the number of convicted juveniles - perpetrators of criminal offence, increased by 5.8%.
