Average monthly gross wage paid per employee
According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2015,
compared to April 2014, was 102.9.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Mining and quarrying
(32.6%), Other service activities (10.3%) and Arts, entertainment and recreation (9.9%).
An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:
Professional, scientific and technical activities (6.0%), Transportation and storage (3.9%) and Electricity, gas, steam and air
conditioning supply (3.5%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2015 was 31 939 denars.
In April 2015, 1.5% of the employees in the Republic of Macedonia did not receive any payment.
